Although the BMI is a good tool for most people it lacks once essential variable.
Muscle Mass.Any one who does sports, weight training or is natuarally muscular can
have a incorrect measurement of body fat and therefore are incorrectly being labled as
unhealthly or obsese even though this maybe far from the truth. I personally train with weights and using BMI I'm
considered obese even though my bodyfat level is good/excellent at 12%
