BMI


Although the BMI is a good tool for most people it lacks once essential variable. Muscle Mass.Any one who does sports, weight training or is naturally muscular can have a incorrect measurement of body fat and therefore are incorrectly being labelled as unhealthy or obese even though this maybe far from the truth. I personally train with weights and using BMI I'm considered obese even though my body fat level is good/excellent at 12%
