Health Related Calculators
I'm currently developing some cool health related calculators just for the sake of it. If you know anyone who'd be interested in these please do spread the word.

Harris-Benedict Formula Calculator - A great formula to give a starting base on calorific requirements to maintain, lose or gain weight dependant on goal. Remember these numbers are simply a good starting point but as with all formula's you need to adapt to find what numbers actually work for you. These are simply just a good starting point. BMI Calculator - Although the BMI is a good tool for most people it lacks once essential variable. Muscle Mass. Any one who does sports, weight training or is naturally muscular can have a incorrect measurement of body fat and therefore are incorrectly being labled as unhealthy or obsese even though this maybe far from the truth. I personally train with weights and using BMI I'm considered obese even though my body fat level is good/excellent at 12%. Click here to work out your BMI

BMR Calculator - A method to calculate your bodies calorific requirements just to function. BMR is based on your age, gender weight and height. Click here to work out your BMR
